Seven trucks in 2019. Twenty-five today. Same priorities the whole way.
Our story
PHF Holdings, Inc. was founded in 2019 with seven trucks and ten employees. Since then we've come through COVID
and every change the delivery business could throw at us — and grown into the company we are today: 25 trucks,
more than 30 employees, and two terminals serving communities across North Carolina.
We're an independently owned business that contracts with FedEx Ground as a service provider. Our teams deliver
and pick up thousands of packages a day, from the Blue Ridge mountains around Asheville to the fast-growing
suburbs southeast of Charlotte.
What our priorities mean in practice
Run safely
Trucks that are maintained, logged, and road-legal. A winter-driving refresher every October. Safe months get celebrated, because nothing else works without safety.
Service the customer
Permanent routes mean our drivers know their neighborhoods — and the neighborhoods know them. Packages arrive the way we'd want our own delivered.
Be efficient
Well-planned routes, honest expectations adjusted for terrain, and coaching that's a conversation — helping drivers succeed instead of building cases against them.
How we treat drivers
Permanent route assignments whenever possible — you own your neighborhood.
Training that continues past your first week, with check-ins at 30, 60, and 90 days.
Maintained, tracked vehicles — every repair logged.
Fair expectations that account for route conditions — mountain routes aren't held to a suburban pace.
Managers who know you and handle problems directly.
Recognition for strong performance, from safe months to service wins.
